Shipping.

Aurel ships across the United States from our warehouse in California. We're working on international lanes and will announce them here first.

Orders placed before 12pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

Standard ground shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are offered at checkout. All orders include tracking, sent by email once the label prints.

Standard shipping is complimentary on US orders over $75.

If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or a package is marked delivered but missing, write to info@aurelusa.com and we will make it right.
