When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the items you bought. When you write to us we keep your email and message. When you browse the site we collect basic analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type — with no attempt to identify you personally.
Payments are processed by Shopify. Aurel never sees your full card number. Shopify's own privacy policy governs the payment step.
If you subscribe to the newsletter we email you occasional notes about new formulations and ritual guidance. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
We use a small set of cookies to keep your cart between visits and to measure aggregate site usage. You can clear or block them in your browser without breaking the store.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with vendors that make the store work — Shopify (checkout & orders), our shipping carriers, and our email provider — and only what they need to do their job.
Write to info@aurelusa.com to see what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
