Returns.

You can return any Aurel product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping is refunded when the return is for a damaged or incorrect item.

Write to info@aurelusa.com with your order number and a short note. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label for US orders.

For sealed products, we ask that seals remain intact. For opened products, we still honor the refund — we'd rather you tried the ritual than kept a bottle you didn't reach for.

Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the warehouse receiving your parcel.

Prefer to swap for a different formulation? Say so in your email and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the return scans in transit.
